Conscious Relating Lab — Founding Cohort

Sale Price: $697.00 Original Price: $997.00

Conscious Relating Lab is a 10-week experiential journey into how we meet ourselves, understand one another, and consciously choose how we relate.

Because relationships are everywhere.

They're in our partnerships, friendships, families and workplaces. They're in the conversations we avoid, the arguments we keep having, the things we wish we had said, the boundaries we struggle to hold, and the stories we create about what someone else meant.

And underneath all of them is the relationship we have with ourselves.

This first Founding Cohort brings together all three paths of the Conscious Relating Lab — The Inner Altar, Before the Altar, and After the Altar — into one shared experience.

Whether you're single, dating, partnered, married, navigating a relationship that's changing, or simply wanting to understand yourself and the people in your life more deeply, there is a place for you here.

Over 10 weeks, we'll get curious about the patterns, beliefs, triggers, emotional responses and communication habits that influence how you connect with other people.

We'll explore questions like:

Why do I react the way I do when I feel misunderstood?

Why do we keep having different versions of the same conflict?

What happens to me when I feel hurt, rejected, criticized or disconnected?

How do I communicate what I actually need without blaming, defending or abandoning myself?

How do I stay connected to myself while being deeply connected to someone else?

And how do we make room for two different experiences to both be true?

This isn't about learning how to have a "perfect" relationship.

It's about learning how to relate consciously.

Through guided teachings, real-life experiments, group conversation, reflection and practical tools, you'll begin noticing what is happening underneath your reactions, communicating more clearly, listening differently, becoming curious instead of certain, and making more intentional choices about how you show up in relationship.

We'll draw from Emotional Intelligence, Human Design, subconscious work, the HOPE Method™, conscious communication, active listening, nervous-system awareness and experiential relationship practices — not as rules for how you should relate, but as different lenses for understanding yourself and one another.

Some of the work will happen internally.

Some will happen in connection with others.

And some will invite you to experiment with an entirely different way of showing up.

Because the Lab isn't about giving you a formula for how relationships should work.

It's about understanding what happens in the space between me and you — and discovering what becomes possible when we bring more awareness, curiosity, courage and choice into that space.

Meet yourself. Understand each other. Choose how you relate.
